CALLA is a platform for publishing and discovering creative opportunities. It may allow artists, creative freelancers, and hirers to create accounts, manage profiles, publish postings, receive matches, save opportunities, and apply through the platform.

CALLA provides a platform for users to publish, discover, and respond to opportunities. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, CALLA is not a party to agreements made between artists and hirers.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you submit to CALLA and for keeping your account credentials secure.

You must not use another person’s account without permission.

You must be legally capable of entering into binding agreements under applicable law in order to use CALLA.

Users are responsible for the content they submit, including profile information, postings, messages, and application-related material.

Hirers must provide clear and accurate information about opportunities, including compensation, work mode, and application requirements where applicable.

Artists are responsible for the accuracy of their profiles, preferences, submitted materials, and application-related information.

You must not use CALLA to:

• publish false, misleading, or deceptive information
• post spam, promotional abuse, or duplicate listings
• engage in scams, fraudulent conduct, or suspicious payment requests
• publish unlawful, abusive, or discriminatory content
• interfere with the operation, stability, or security of the service

CALLA may remove content, restrict access, suspend accounts, or take other reasonable steps where necessary to protect users, enforce these Terms, maintain service integrity, or comply with legal obligations.

CALLA may use saved profile details and preferences to surface relevant opportunities and, where enabled, to send tailored opportunity emails.

CALLA does not guarantee that any user will receive matches, applications, replies, or opportunities.

Where CALLA offers an internal application flow, artists may submit profile information through the platform to hirers.

Where a posting uses an external link, email, phone contact, or another application method, further communication may take place outside CALLA.

Users are responsible for reviewing opportunity details carefully before sharing additional personal information outside the platform.

CALLA is not responsible for communications, documents, payments, or arrangements that take place outside the platform.

CALLA may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue features where necessary to improve, secure, or operate the service.

While CALLA aims to keep the service available and accurate, it does not guarantee uninterrupted availability or error-free operation.

CALLA may rely on third-party services or link to third-party websites. CALLA is not responsible for the content, policies, or availability of third-party services or external websites.

CALLA may review reports, remove postings, or restrict access where necessary to address spam, fraud, abuse, misleading information, duplicate content, or legal risks.

Submitting a report does not guarantee that content will be removed, but CALLA may review reported content and take action where appropriate.

To the extent permitted by law, CALLA is not liable for user-submitted content, external websites, failed matches, missed opportunities, communications outside the platform, or indirect losses arising from the use of the service.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where exclusion or limitation is not permitted by law.

CALLA may update these Terms from time to time.

If these Terms are updated, the updated version will apply from the date stated on this page. Continued use of CALLA after that date means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, except where mandatory consumer protection law provides otherwise.
